PacLife Now Offering eInterview for eApps

Online Health History Questionnaire Is Here! 

As of September 13, 2021, Pacific Life announced a new eInterview option for drop ticket / electronic applications. On all Pacific Life eApps, the client will be emailed a link minutes after dropping a ticket. HOWEVER, if the client does not apply via link after SEVEN DAYS, the ticket will be sent to the call center to reach out to the client for a phone interview (seven days after the ticket was originally sent). 

The AboutMe Online Health History (OHH) questionnaire is a simpler way for clients to complete their health history and is an alternative to the current teleinterview process.
