Originally from The Bronx, New York, Mark George is a proud alumnus of the University of Dayton, where he received his Bachelor of Arts and Science.  After his time as a Flyer, he proceeded to obtain his CLU, CFP, and CHfC from American College in Pennsylvania. Prior to taking over as Chief Executive Officer of ISSUE, Mark worked as Chief Operating Officer at Miami Industrial Trucks for eighteen years. When his father-in-law passed, he and his lovely and knowledgeable wife of thirty-seven years Michelle joined forces to keep ISSUE Insurance in the family. The George’s have two sons and a brand-new granddaughter named June who keeps them busy and smiling. In his free time, Mark enjoys going for walks, listening to Blues and Golf.  Additionally, he is a world-class foosball player.  After eighteen years in the business, Mark is excited about the future of the agency and the continued impact it will have on brokers and families both locally and nationally.
