In order to write business with ISSUE’s carriers, you will need to get appointed with each carrier. ISSUE uses SureLC by SuranceBay—a secure online appointment software. SureLC makes getting appointed with carriers super quick and easy. Click the link below and then click the Click to Continue button to access SureLC:
You will need to have current AML training and E&O insurance in order to get appointed with most carriers.

There are several options to choose from when submitting a new application with ISSUE. Drop ticket and iGo Tickets are best for quick app submission where the carrier contacts the client directly to get medical history etc. If you have your client\’s medical history and would like to submit a full application, some carriers offer an iGo Long Application, or you can download a paper application. Check out the various application submission options below:
- Drop Ticket Application – the quickest way to submit an app for you. Just input the client\’s basic information and coverage applying for, let the carrier take care of the rest.
- iGo Application – similar to Drop Ticket, iGo is a quick way to submit an app (has some carriers that drop ticket does not)
- Download a full paper application from our Forms library – just fill in the appropriate fields, click Search, click Show Forms Package, scroll down and click the Print button on the bottom right side.

Each case is assigned to a dedicated Case Manager at ISSUE. Check your emails for case status updates and outstanding requirements (sent out every Wednesday for any pending business). You can also check the status of any of your cases, anytime through the Case Status Dashboard.
