Serena Brown, a Dayton native, joined the ISSUE team about three years ago after working as a Manager at Walgreens. Serena is a great mother to her son Jack (9), and her two fur babies: Fox the cat and Iggy the mystery breed pup. When Serena isn’t busy offering top notch service assisting agents with cases, she likes to do karaoke and make homemade skin and hair products.
